The Culinary Arts Hospitality Program is a 4-month work-based learning course specifically tailored for the Culinary Hospitality Industry.

Classroom Training: Classrooms in which all new students a distraction-free zone where they can learn everything they need to know about doing their job effectively and efficiently.

Kitchen Training: Hands-On training that will put all theoretical academia into practice.

Culinary Training: Focused training to turn our student from individuals who love to cook into culinarians.

A culinarian is a person working in the culinary arts. A culinarian working in restaurants is commonly known as a cook or a chef. Culinary artists are responsible for skillfully preparing meals that are as pleasing to the palate as to the eye. They are required to have a knowledge of the science of food and an understanding of diet and nutrition. They work primarily in restaurants, delis, hospitals and other institutions.

Our program is designed to help students learn through theory and hands-on apprenticeships where students can practice their learned skills by facilitating real cooking projects for real clients. This program is for students both with and without cooking experience who wish to pursue careers as culinary professionals within a multi-faced industry.

We provide nationally recognized industry certifications (ServSafe, TIPS, CPR/AED/1stAID) along with targeted job placement.
