The Hospitality class were tasked with planning and hosting a corporate holiday luncheon. They took charge of every aspect from food to decoration and put on a professional quality event.
Presentation is everything when planning a corporate event. The class designed the decorations and plated the food for maximum visual impact.
The hospitality student’s job wasn’t finished after setting up the event. During the luncheon they took on hosting responsibilities including waiting tables and serving drinks. The event was a huge success.
