All of our Hospitality Programs consist of training in a work-based learning environment where students can apply their learned skills by facilitating real projects for real clients.

ETB’s Hospitality Programs are for entry level clients, both with and without previous experience, who want to train to work in the industry. Our courses cover Culinary Service, Food & Beverage, Event Coordination & Design, Hotel and Lodging, and Concierge. We offer 3 nationally recognized certifications: ServSafe® Food Handlers Certification, TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) and CPR/AED/1stAid.

 THE PURPOSE of this program is to teach clients the fundamentals of each area in the industry. Clients will be prepared for careers as wait staff, chefs, hotel employees, event assistants, meeting planners, stadium and arena employees, hotel staff, supermarket and specialty food establishment staff, florists, set designer staff, property management coordinators, concierge assistant and food manufacturing/plant employees.

THE BENEFITS are courses that produce polished graduates with marketable skills. They will be classically trained and culturally exposed to the most up-to-date industry cache.
